After learning that turntables were capable of amplifying notes and tones through the stylus, the next step was developing stringed instruments that resonated the stylus itself. The tiny Celestylophone is a piece of plexiglass strung with fishing line and attached directly to the cartridge. That and the expressive Mesostylophone, the 3 foot long Resostylophone, and the bowed Arcostylophone are shown in the VIDEO below. There is also footage of the first prototype of the Stylus Glove.
